The Birth Partner workshop
Preparation for physiological childbirth*, for the pregnant woman and her partner

To you, the partners: do you know just how much potential you hold — the ability to ease things for the mother-to-be during pregnancy, and to protect her oxytocin bubble during childbirth?

Valentine - July 2026

« [...] The workshop with partners also lived up to my expectations. The explanations were clear, practical and very reassuring. I especially appreciated the way she approached the different topics: everything she explained made sense to me and answered my questions. My partner also really enjoyed the content and came out of the workshop feeling more confident and better prepared for the big day.

A wonderful experience that I recommend without hesitation to all expecting parents! » (translated from French)

Important : if the date you are interested in is full, please do not hesitate to inform me by email.

If enough couples are interested, I would gladly open a second time slot in the afternoon.

from 1:30pm to 5pm.

I also offer private and customized sessions, at your home, in French or English.

You're part of the mother-baby-partner triad. Just as much as the other two key players, your role is essential in supporting the physiological processes at work, throughout pregnancy and birth, and beyond.

During pregnancy and birth (and of course, the postnatal period), it's a team effort. When an expectant mother is lucky enough to have a partner by her side, that partner has real potential to optimize the processes at play...

Drawing on my knowledge as a yoga teacher and doula, I'll share practical tools with you

  • to bring more comfort and help relieve the discomfort of late pregnancy and childbirth,

  • and to support and protect the physiological processes during birth.

This will help you approach this period feeling better informed about the role you can play as a facilitator of this life passage — with calm, humility and confidence.

*Preparation for childbirth: this workshop is not provided by a midwife (but by me, doula and perinatal yoga teacher), and is therefore not eligible for contribution by basic health insurance.

This is a supplementary workshop, which does not replace a childbirth preparation course with a midwife.

However, I encourage you to send the invoice to your supplementary insurance: some of them reimburse this type of workshop, at least partially.
