What's the difference from the 6-week prenatal yoga cycles?
The 6-week prenatal yoga cycles are open starting from the 2nd trimester, and right through to the end of pregnancy. It's a complete program: each of the 6 sessions has its own goals and themes, covering all the benefits yoga offers during pregnancy — relaxation, breathing, toning the muscles involved in birth, improving physical and mental well-being during pregnancy, birth preparation, tools for the birth itself, and more. Attending all 6 sessions allows you to benefit from the full range of these benefits, week after week.
The "end-of-pregnancy" yoga classes are drop-in: you sign up whenever you like, based on availability, and you're not required to come every week. The purpose of these classes is to let women in the final stretch of pregnancy keep moving right up until birth. We work on pelvis-opening postures to help baby engage and to loosen up the area, breathing techniques and visualizations useful for birth, and more. The goal is to prepare both body and mind for the approaching birth.

I'm at 33-34-35 weeks — I don't know whether to sign up for a 6-week cycle or the "end-of-pregnancy" classes?
The "end-of-pregnancy" prenatal yoga classes are designed for mothers who have already taken one or more 6-week cycles, who are at 36-37-38-39 weeks by the end of a cycle, and who want to keep practicing prenatal yoga right up to birth — without signing up for a new 6-week cycle knowing they'd only be able to attend 1-2-3 of the 6 sessions.
If a 6-week cycle is about to start and you're under 36 weeks, I'd recommend signing up for the cycle. Don't worry — if you happen to give birth before the cycle ends, you can make up the missed classes in a postnatal Mommy & Me yoga class.
The "end-of-pregnancy" classes are meant to gently support women through this final stretch toward the start of labor. Attending them before 34 weeks would be a bit early.
