Mama & Baby Postnatal Yoga
From 6-8 weeks after giving birth, a new mother can begin a postnatal yoga practice. This type of yoga helps women navigate postpartum more easily, gently regain tone and mobility, ease tension, and restore shape and energy — all while respecting the body's own pace and physiology.

Benefits
In postpartum, even though attention is often focused on the newborn, it's important for a new mother to be able to take moments to recharge, rest, move and regenerate after the intense experience of pregnancy and birth.
That's exactly what postnatal yoga offers.
The benefits of postnatal yoga carry on from those of prenatal yoga:
-
Supports relaxation and stress management
-
Improves physical fitness and overall postpartum health
-
Encourages emotional well-being
-
Increases strength, flexibility and mobility
-
Tones the muscles
-
Boosts circulation
-
Relieves or prevents common postpartum aches and pains (particularly those linked to breastfeeding)
-
Improves posture, balance and coordination
-
And more
It's recommended to wait 6 to 8 weeks after birth before starting a postnatal yoga practice.

FAQ
-
How does the postnatal yoga class work with baby?
It's a time for you — to (re)connect with your body while staying close and available to your baby. Generally, babies are calm during the first half of the session: this is when we let them rest, babble and take in the world, while moms move and breathe along with the class. In the second half of the session, some babies may get a bit restless: we then bring them into the practice, through eye contact or touch, adapting the postures to a baby's presence. This way, they feel seen, heard and reassured, while moms can keep moving too.
-
What should we bring?
For baby:
Please bring a mat or cloth so your baby isn't in direct contact with the mats and cushions, along with anything else you might need for your baby (perhaps a few things to keep them entertained).
There's a changing table on site if you need to change your baby, but I'd ask you to bring a bag for diapers or other waste that can't be thrown away in the room.
For mom:
Comfortable clothing. The room is equipped with all the yoga gear you'll need.
-
How does payment work?
Payment is made in full before the class begins.
You can pay online by following the instructions on this page.
-
How do I book my spot for a class?
-
Online booking via Eversports:
You can choose to buy a single class, or a pack of 5 or 10 classes, on the "Eversports" platform. You'll need to create an account on the platform, then make your purchase. After that, whenever you'd like to attend a class, you can register directly through the platform. The class will then be automatically deducted from your virtual pack. It's important to remember to sign up for the classes you want to attend, since the room's capacity is limited.
-
How long is a class pack valid for?
Packs of 5 or 10 classes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
-
Can I cancel at the last minute?
Regardless of how you booked, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the class. After that, the class is due/deducted.
-
How many students per class?
Maximum 5 students (and 5 babies) per class.
-
Would you like a private class, at home or in the studio?
