WELCOME

Welcome to this wondrous path of creating, carrying and bringing forth life.

Whether you're living this journey alone or as a couple, whether it's your first pregnancy or your eighth, you are POWERFUL and MAGNIFICENT — and I would be honored to walk this path with you, toward the most defining moment of your life: the birth of your child.

6 CARTES

WHERE ARE YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY TOWARDS BIRTH?

Whether you are in the very early stages of your pregnancy or have already returned to physical activity after giving birth,

there is a space for you.

Femme enceinte faisant du yoga

I'm pregnant and I want to move

From the 2nd trimester onward, six-week cycles that never repeat themselves — join as many as you like, right up until birth, with fresh content each time to gently prepare your body: flexibility, endurance and comfort, for a calmer pregnancy and birth.

Femmes enceintes faisant du yoga

My pregnancy is coming to an end, and I want to stay active until the very last day

From 34 weeks, drop-in classes with no cycle commitment, so you can keep moving at your own pace. These sessions help prepare your body for a spontaneous onset of labor, and give you practical tools for the birth itself: positions, exercises, breathing techniques and tips to carry with you on the day.

Couple attendant un enfant souriant

I'm preparing for birth and I want tailor-made support

Private, in-home support that walks alongside you the whole way — from pregnancy through birth and into the postpartum period. Guidance on the physiology of this stage of life, emotional presence through its profound changes, practical everyday help, and unwavering presence by your side (and your partner's) on the day your child is born.

Un couple attendant un enfant s'embrasse

I want to prepare for this birth together, in a single session

A hands-on group workshop for you and your partner: concrete exercises and tools to ease late-pregnancy discomfort, support a spontaneous onset of labor and the physiological processes of birth, and help you effectively support your partner through labor. A moment to get in sync and step into this transition to parenthood together — no theory, just practical tools you can use on the day.

Mères avec bébés

I've given birth and I want to gently reconnect with my body, with my baby by my side

From 6-8 weeks postpartum, a class designed for you and your baby: a gentle return to physical activity, with exercises suited to this stage to retone your body and rebuild strength and stamina after pregnancy and birth — at your own pace, with no pressure. A baby-friendly space where you're free to tend to your baby throughout — nursing, bottle-feeding, diaper changes, all welcome. Because when mom is well, baby is well.

Pratique du yoga en groupe

Craving movement, outside of pregnancy or postpartum

A dynamic yoga practice, in a small group, with sessions shaped by what the group needs in the moment: flexibility, strength and endurance, built together in a living practice that adapts to you. Open to everyone, from age 16. Ready to rethink the idea that "yoga isn't a real workout"? ;)
